This week’s question from our portal “Ask Us Anything” comes from Dana.
I’ve been struggling with this for a while. I want to believe that when you make a decision, everything you need shows up. I’ve invested in programs, but sometimes it wasn’t worth it. Sometimes I wait until I get that big client to make a leap with something. I do invest in my business, but I don’t always believe that the decision means everything I need shows up. How do I get past this?
When you make a decision, you can’t go back on it. You have to make the decision and then stay in that uncomfortable place doing the thing that’s necessary—cause and effect—until the result shows up.
100%. You can’t go backwards. That’s the consistency part that I talked about.
The person says, “Well, I don’t do it all the time” or “I’m not doing it enough.”
If you don’t make the decision that you step across the line—”I’m not going to do that again, I am going to do whatever is necessary to manifest the money”—you won’t get there.
I don’t have to wait for a client to show up. I’m going to say yes to this, yes to this, yes to this. And you stay out there in that place until you get that job done, until it actually happens.
It’s 100% easy. As a matter of fact, it’s so flippin’ easy, when you start to recognize how easy it is, you will be so angry that you were not taught how easy it was when you were a kid.
Your mind is what’s making it difficult. It is not difficult.
Make a decision to buy whatever it is that you’re saying no about. Whatever you wrote down that you’re telling yourself no, go immediately do it. And stay out there in the fear and the doubt and the worry. Control your thinking to the end result because it’s here.
